Dear Sirs and Madames, Unfortunately, I am forced to write directly to you from my holiday in Thailand. Below I would like to list the shortcomings and unreasonableness. We booked a 4 star hotel offered by you, but had to find out on site and after further Internet research that it is a 3 star hotel. After several Thailand vacations such a hotel for us was out of the question, as we do not book under a 4 star standard. Here on site, this is confirmed again, the shortcomings of the hotel and staff. Breakfast is at the hostel level, staff hardly speaks English, eating tables are filthy, waiting for drinks and eat at least 45 minutes, you can watch the overstrained staff as they prepare their egg while cleaning their fingernails, ... Conclusion: these are All the reasons for a holiday that absolutely does not meet our needs. Furthermore, the air conditioners hardly work in the rooms, in stronger winds you have the feeling that the huts break apart and for the crowning glory, we have an ant nest right at the sink. The cherry on top of the whole stay is the Daily Monkey Invasion starting at 16:00, where the staff rushes screaming into the kitchen and guests into the swimming pool. I ask you therefore for a reasonable and accommodating refund of the clearly too expensive travel price, as we are forced to leave the hotel earlier to not completely ruin the holiday.
