Ascotts is my fav of above all for every trip

ascotts has been my first Choice ever since I started travelling alone way back in university years and it still is. but surely Sathorn ascotts needs a bit of readjustments for overall hospitality aspects if they want to still remain as 5 stars or even 4 and half. way down from doorman up to front desk staffs who may seem lost in translation at times, other than that I still prefer ascotts over above all others in range such as Marriott, Fraser suites, urbana.

short but comfortable

Family travel
Staff were excellent. friendly and helpful. apartment size is large, 2 rooms. Excellent for family of 4, with 2 young kid.
