Great Facility, staff knowledge and service can be improved

This was my 2nd visit to this hotel, every time enjoyed the facility (gym, spa) and the spacious guestroom. What can be improved is the staff. When I asked questions about the hotel facility opening hours, or other things, many did not know the answer and had to ask others or refer to the notes, which did not look professional. Also they are always sitting on the reception and when approach, they don't smile or show their care to the guests, which gave me negative impression about the hotel.

Good Location & Best Gym
Near BTS Chong Nonsi Station. 5 minutes walk. Best gym I have ever met in Thailand. Room is spacious and clean.
