good for family with young kids

I have stay in hotel during Chinese new year holiday with 2 kids aged 4 and 8 years for 2 nights. It has a very welcoming lobby design and friendly staff. All the staff can speak good English and they are super friendly! We got a free upgrade room to Platinum with has a huge living room and a master bedroom with attache bathroom. The hotel is located really near to the shopping mall with well lit street during night time. We feel safe even walk with kids during night time. The swimming pool is located on a private area whereby there is no restaurant beside and it is really enjoy with the nice view outside.

Good place next to mallls

Great location and staff, redecoration and new AC required!
