Convenient shuttle and accommodating management

The management was very helpful in helping us to find restaurants and get around. The shuttle service is a great help. Our room had tumbleweeds of hair upon entering the room but the linens and bathroom were very clean. I mentioned this to the front desk and they were happy to attend to us. I don't think that they use vacuums, just brooms. Now, if you are someone who needs a soft bed, here's your biggest problem. I've never slept in a bed so hard before. The a/c worked great. We were on the ground floor and were woken by motor scooters early in the morning but it was okay as you need an early start to see everything! No elevator, FYI.

Room is a bit small for 4 ppls. Staffs are very helpful and kind.

Very nice hotel
