Disappointed

We tried this highly-reviewed resort as a quick stay in BKK to pick up our friends from the airport. The location is very convenient and the resort property was beautiful. Having said that, for a new hotel, our room didn't seem new. The shower didn't drain well and the air con compressor would not come on (so the room was warm our entire stay). The rooms were more of a motel setting (very basic) with outdoor entrances. Not a fan of that at all. The staff was kind and helpful upon check-in and check-out.

Very nice modern hotel close to airport Staff is outstanding. The hotel is maybe 2 or 3 years old very nice But it is far from Bangkok city center They have shuttle to airport
