pros: 1. quiet. by the pattaya beach. 2. mosquito nets protected fr mozzies 3. hammock
cons: 1. unfriendly, no Smile-im great-ur not guests-faced-front desk staff, bad wifi connection. we stayed in 3 diff places. this was d worst. 2. sticky floor. pls mop with water after mopping with floor cleaner. 3. bedsheets n towels were extremely, strangely sweetsmelling that they hurt the nose. 4. mosquitoes..as there were holes on the leafy wall n in the toilet wall. see no 2 of pros. 5. dark, gloomy area...we were given the last bungalow, way at the back. a long walk to the beach. 6. when front desk staff left in the evening, so did the wifi connection.

Not worth your time

Poor facilities, overpriced, only as a last resort
