When you arrive at Pattaya beach and are staying at Family Song, you are very close if you walk on the beach. If you have suitcases like us, then take a tuk tuk if you have heavy luggage. We walked and it’s quite far if you don’t walk on the beach. We had a bungalow with AC, and it was perfect for us! Clean rooms but no hot water in the showers in the rooms. Then you have to shower in another separate building. We were fine with cold water though. Very quite area and located litterly ON the beach which we loved. Close to all restaurants on Pattaya beach and close to Walking street. Bring a flashlight if you don’t have it on your cellphone. There are no lights when you walk through the area.
