Cheap, clean, and easy

If you aren't someone who cares about fanciness, this place is perfect. The bungalows are basic and clean. It's just off Pattaya beach, directly behind one other bungalow place. Wifi works ok. My bungalow had a ceiling mounted fan and also a full-size floor fan so plenty cool. Beds are firm and huge...with nice mosquito netting. Bungalows have a little porch and chairs to chill on (just make sure you have bug spray). The owner is a no-nonsense person who is around when you need him.
My only complaint is the lack of toiletries. It would've been nice if soap was provided so I could wash my hands when I arrived.
This is the second time I've been to Lipe and the second time I've stayed here, and I absolutely plan to continue coming here any time I visit in the future. :)
