I would never have expected such a service and attitude from the reservation manager. Simply hung up the phone while in the midst of talking, threatened me to hang up if I want to speak to a higher up, not listening to what I have got to say, shooing me away to agoda when they holds the final say and also not considering the safety issue of their customers in lieu of the many uncertainties of the current covid19 situation outbreak. Never expect that much of disappointments. Despite calling previously before the day of check in in seeking for a one time goodwill basis on a non refundable booking due to the government announcement on the restriction, I was being turn away harshly by many duty mangers. Werid right? Each time I called, the person whom I spoke to claims to be either the reservation manager or not the one and only person who has the biggest authority. Simply not helpful at all.
