We read reviews and expected a room with 5 star standards we had no safe no kettle and no dressing gowns or nowhere to hang clothes we were told it was the family room and felt not very suitable The pool was lovely but trying to get a drink by the pool was difficult The food and staff at breakfast were lovely but our evening meal was spoilt by my husband having ordered a meal without chilli as he is extremely allergic was given chilli in his ravioli we asked was this chilli and told pepper so my husband ate some then the girl came back Yes it does have chilli in this spoiled our evening as we were extremely worried the owner apologies were welcome but it shouldn’t have happened We spent a worrying evening my husband took all His medication and although felt unwell we avoided hospital He carries a card written in Thai which we show to The staff it should not have happened I think a reduction on our meal should have been offered
