Great Style; Poor Design

The hotel is great overall. Yet, there are several disappointments make me considering her as a "lower class" 5-star hotel
Good - Breakfast is great; the half-buffer style is rarely found in BKK. The quality of food maintains in a high standard - Great style; the interior design os extremely great throughout the hotel - Front desk staff are friendly and efficient - 24hr gym room
Bad - No bathtub, it is absolutely disappointing for a 5 star hotel without a bathtub - Poor pool design; the pool was set in a location that you wouldn't be able to access any sunshine until pm.... - No sauna room; unlike other 5star competitors there is no sauna room next to the gym

Stylish room with nice hotel location
Great location, very easy to get to the nearby mall and supermarket. Room is stylish and modern. One thing to be improved is the water pressure for shower.

Nice hotel experience
Nice facility, the infinite pool, the gym with the view and the rooftop bar. And the staffs are very friendly. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here A LOT!
