It's Excellent

I am writing to thank you and your wonderful staff for making me & my husband, surprise anniversary celebration of a lifetime. I cannot thank you enough for helping me to arrange the balloon surprise for my husband & also the free upgrade of accommodations. The room that your duty manager set up for us was perfect, and we were all very impressed with the 10th anniversary decorations. Thank you again for contributing to our cherished memories.
