Staff is very friendly & hotel is very stylish. Good location but the walk to the hotel from BTS is a bit narrow & rough. Swimming pool is quite small indeed. The room is clean & comfortable, however, we stayed for 3 nights and they never refill the tea bags or toiletries for us during daily cleaning. So we have to call the front desk almost every night to get the refills that we need. And for the 3rd night the cleaning was not done properly. Our pajamas were put on the sofa and the hair was not even cleaned up in the bathroom... what they only did was making the bed & refilling the towels. I expected a higher standard when they charged us for this price... Nonetheless, we marked it in our booking that we went for my wife’s birthday trip and they prepared the room with birthday decoration & a cake, which was a surprise for us. Appreciated!! :)
