Staff are inexperienced

the hotel is new and the staff are not so experienced. I waited long to check in while the staff are so busy handling other guests. They are working hard but slow. As a compliment, the hotel gave me a free breakfast.
But overall the experience is new, the place is fresh and clean. Will definitely come back again
