Bad Customer service.

There is very tiny space of Car park , and Staff don't make any convenience for the Customer at all.
Was asking if there was the higher floor room because I need a quite room with less noisy from the traffic they immediately say "No , there is no more room" without do any checking. I need to drive away 500-600 meter just for parking my car.
The bathroom , water pressure from the rain shower is depending on the room you get , some has too low pressure.
Overall I am not looking forward the next chance to Poor customer service of this Place.
