Great Location for places to eat, drink, and walk to the beach

We booked the hotel since it was much closer than our previous hotel to all the places to eat and drink than our last hotel.
It is a new hotel that is right on the beach. The rooms had fabulous sheets. Everything was clean and new. The wifi was good. They provide you with ear plugs since Ban's/Fish Bowl is next door and is loud until 2 AM.
It was perfect for what we needed. Don't need to rent a scooter from here you can walk next door and rent them instead of going far away for a high price.
We will probably stay here next year as well. It is right by our favorite massage place and restaurant (Whitening.)

Very nice hotel and convenient.
Location very nice and recommended to reserve sea view. Hotel staff should be a little improve communication.
