Terrible: old, dirty, no hot water, shower broken
Everything about this place is awful and there are much better guesthouse options in the city centre.
When you enter the lobby you realise it's in need of refurbishment but it is not until you get upstairs that you realise that the hotel is totally rundown. The corridors were dark because half the lightbulbs needed replacing. The room however was even worse: old dilapidated furniture, stained bed sheets, dirty carpets. The AC was one of the floor level units that can't be adjusted and was totally inefficient at cooling the room. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly for ages and was mouldy and damp with many of the ceiling tiles held in place with tape. There were loads of dead bugs in the bath and there was no hot water. The showerhead was so blocked with limescale it didn't work either.
Management don't care at all and weren't interested in trying to fix anything/change my room.
Never again.
It's a disgrace that Agoda continue to list this hotel when it is not even providing the basic amenities specified such as a shower, hot water or AC that actually works.
