Friebdly, clean but tired

The hotel itself has seen better days. Inside the rooms that I saw (stayed in 2 different ones) the paint and grouting etc were tired and the place needs refurbishing. But all the staff were helpful and friendly and I couldn't fault the service at the desk, the dining room or the cleaning staff.

The hotel is not located near any shops, cafes, attractions etc. Having said that, a 10 Baht taxi trip will get you to temples, the Big C and Lotus shopping complexes etc, so it's not really an issue unless you want something late at night. Then you'll need a taxi motorbike costing about 60 Baht (20 cents). Across the road is a sports complex with a 50 metre swimming pool.

Overall the Lopburi Inn Hotel was a great place to stay as it was close to my girlfriend's home which was a few streets away. I'll be staying there again but originally booked a/the suite but a deluxe room is pretty much the same so save yourself a few hundred Baht a day.

Great service, rooms are what you pay for
