payment term

When check in, I paid money for hotel fee already but when check out another staff (difference with the one from check in) ask me and show the document that I did not pay anything for hotel fee. I was really disappointment with their system. Others one was 2 bottles of water in the room is not free but this is not explained anything from their staff so finally when I check out I must pay for it. So if compare to another hotel it is free (basic offer)

Well located and excellent value for money.
