Very good all-round, handy location and very reasonably priced

I've stayed here before and came back because I know the place is excellent value all-round. If your feeling lazy you can eat & drink here at competitive prices and it is re-assuringly clean.Good size room, pleasant friendly staff, 200 yards from a nice beach and plenty of eateries, shops & bars but much quieter and cleaner than Central Pattaya that is only a few minutes away if you want all that has to offer. There's a buffet breakfast that is 'alright' with a basic selelction of Europen & Asian food, well laid out & nice and clean. The hotel has a large number of long-stay German guests so the recliners by the pool are all 'reserved' by 730am but, as the beach is close, by well WTF eh! They seem to have regular groups of Indian guests who come for just a few days but as I said before there is a hard-core of long-stay guests; there's also a few cockroaches (not a lot but it's not nice jumping into bed and seeing one running around in there or in the bathroom when nature calls. I had some sport killing them with a spray bought from the local minimart (there's a few to choose from nearby).

Budget hotel in good location
