Services and quality of facilitates are much worse than last year

This is the 3rd staying in this hotel and was the most disappointing and unpleasant stay. We went for twice last year because of the good services and facilitates, but this time, the overall politeness of the staffs decreased and the watch for the hot bath was not hot enough. The night of pool access room I stayed suddenly stopped while we were showering without an obvious reason, even though they sent staffs to fix immediately, the experience ruined our holiday mood and the hotel did not compensate with us for anyway. Is not about the compensation, I think is about the attitude and the hospitality of the hotel.

Great service but location hard to get taxi

It’s located quite close to the city. The hotel design is great, it’s very clean and new. Swimming pool is a bit too small and doesn’t have enough beds by the pool.
