Great small hotel close to night activities, ie. nightmarket, walking st. bars, eating venues, massage shops etc. room was reasonable size and clean. plenty of hot water and good pressure with choice of rain shower or hand held. staff good with guests, no problems and security took care of motor cycle overnight. Located above a 7/11 shop but outside noise in my room was non-existant. I booked only a few days before arrival and paid abit more than you can get it for by booking earlier. Will probably stay again, but just plan a bit further ahead. No breakfast is a bit of a let down but not a major problem either, I suspect that there is nowhere to have a breakfast area.

Nice hotel
