This is my first stay at a Movenpick property and I was not disappointed. I chose a room with executive lounge access and it was super worth it! Loved the extra service that it came with. All the staff were very courteous, including the cleaning ladies we saw in the hallway. The best feature is the free tuktuk every 15 minutes that would take guests to the Terminal 21 mall and back. That made everything very convenient for us. Made us forget to visit a 7-11 store, which we love doing in Bangkok. I want to make a special shoutout to Shina and her supervisor Lyn who helped us get a car for our day trip to Khao Yai. The extra service is super appreciated. And Karen at the executive lounge who checked us in and made us lattes and capuccinos several times. Will definitely be back and visit other Movenpick properties.
