Mixed review, horrible checkin and systems, but staff were lovely

Hard review to write because a mixed experience. The check in and check out experience is horribly slow and painful. Takes 10-15 mins at least. The guy that checked me in looked at three different terminals over the course of the check in. They clearly have painfully slow systems. To check out the front desk staff had to call some one then wait five mins for a system update to load the cost of a can of sprite from the mini bar. They need a major check in speed up. But the staff were amazing to me in time of need. I fell ill at the hotel. Staff brought be soup and sourced electrolyte drinks for me. They were not charged to my account. An amazing and generous act. SO - beware the slow check in , but the staff will look after you

Unacceptably check in time
Turn up in the hotel 230pm but was waited 30 minutes due to room not available . Told the staff i ll be returning in couple of hours and give them ample of time for room preparation. When i check in ... อ่านต่อ

Nice stay
Warm welcome since arrive hotel .. love chocolate hr. Service , food & beverage in executive lounge is awesome . Hotel also gave me surprise Birthday cake . Will come back again in the future

Comfortable and well appointed staff was great
I was exhausted for most of this trip and the Movenpick became my oasis from the heat and noise and trip-related stresses. And extremely close to one of my favorite jazz bands place of performance..
