Not a 5 Star Hotel

I stayed 7 days in the hotel and first three days room was not cleaned and I had to request cleaning via reception. Internet Service log in troubles after two days smooth use, system upgrades or something. Room Dining Service quite poor, whether ordering in Thai or English the outcome did not respond the requested items: extra items send up, had to send the bagels to be heated and for coffee milk second time etc. Checking in/out very slow. Maintenance on going at the roof top bar. Rain pooring over the clients transiting between buildings 1-2-3 i.e. reception-restaurant-living quarters Building 3.
