Good and friendly staff, service and food is good at canteen. The noice isolation is bad.

The sound isolation is bad. I can hear the TV in next room. There is a strange guest who turn the TV volume very load around 10 pm. The problem can only be fixed after 1.5 hour. Luckily, they offer to change the room for me in next day.

amazing location
Love this hotel, the location was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. It's near to terminal 21 and the hotel provides complimentary shuttles to and from terminal 21.
