Great hotel, friendly staff, close to airport!

After seeing the great reviews on this hotel and the close proximity to the airport, I booked two rooms for our family to stay the night before we flew back to the USA from Bangkok. The rate was VERY affordable so to be honest I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong! From the moment they picked us up at the airport, to them hand delivering all of our luggage to our rooms, to the friendly staff, to the rooms being quite large including the beds and bathrooms.....we were all impressed! Alex at the front desk was also very helpful to us!
