Location is in the city, staffs are friendly

I was disappointed with this hotel. I booked a family suite but was given one Queen size bed and 2 singles (steel beds). The queen size bed is in a proper bedroom with doors and mirror, but the 2 single beds were arranged in the living hall of the big empty 'suite'. One of the steel bed is without the wooden plank or spring. With the thin mattress, you can feel the steel frames on your back. Due to communication barrier (they can hardly speak English) and late night check-in, the 4 of us just have to be squeezed into the other Double bed and the single steel bed. We can't wait to check-out the very next morning, feeling cheated and annoyed.
Location wise - it's near to a hospital and we can hear sirens from ambulance the whole night long. A food court and Chinese restaurant nearby. Overall, will not consider this hotel anymore.
