Great room, helpful staff , nice location

1. Room There are 4 of us so we decided to book Deluxe Family room or “Junior suite” with 1 master bedroom, 1 small bedroom and 1 bathroom with affordable/reasonable price for 4 person. Room are very clean and big with nice mountain/city view. So we took great photos with great view at the room balcony. Air-conditioning functioned well, TV’s channel quite good as we watched movies and music videos. Bathroom are clean and even have 2 doors can be accessed from the master bedroom and small bedroom. So people inside the bathroom must lock both door when using the bathroom. They even provide snacks and beverages in our room and they even listed down the price for each snacks. We don’t mind paying for each snack we took as it much cheaper than those at 7Eleven.
2. Airport transfer We requested for the airport transfer for both trip (arrival and departure) early once we made the hotel booking. The hotel arranged a mini van for us and they charged us for 600Baht per trip/transfer so total would be 1200Baht for round trip. The driver really nice and patiently waited for us at the arrival hall (due to a long queue at immigration counter). Upon our departure, we requested for hotel pick up at 5:00am as we need to catch 8:25am flight.
3. Hotel services Our room include breakfast so we really enjoy the nice breakfast like cereals, bread, fried noodle, sausage, bacon, yogurt pudding, fruits and beverages like orange juice, milk, coffee, tea. The hotel even provide laundry service so per kg is 40Baht and it took 4 hours to be done. Just leave the laundry bag at the counter with your name on it. We booked the tour package directly from the hotel as the price is more or less the same as tour agents outside the hotel. So we took 4 island package that cost us for 500Baht per person with long tail boat. Another 400Baht national park fee need to be paid before we get on the boat during the tour day. So we spent 900Baht per person for 4 island package.
