Such a nice chilled out place

Funky fish was generally one of the most chilled out and relaxing places I've stayed in Asia in the last 3 months! It's got a good location less than 5 minutes from a lovely quiet beach, the staff are really laid back and friendly! There's not anywhere to cook yourself but there's a few good, cute, cheap restaurants and bars on the street. The facilities are kind of basic but there's hot water and it wasn't too hot when we were there, plus we were hardly in the rooms, sand does go inside the dorm but when you're at the beach it's hardly surprising!

Very good hostel
First hostel in Southeast Asia that I found with hot showers! You don't really need it but it's a luxury worth having! Clean tide and organized, but with concrete-hard mattresses though. Very close to... อ่านต่อ

Best budget/basic hostel

Perfect value for money
Great spacious rooms in the dorms. 2 showers and 2 toilets per 10 bed room. Staff lovely when you get over the language barrier. Only downfall is the beds. If you're happy lying on concrete these beds... อ่านต่อ
