Xmas break

Firstly, when i booke droom i saw room features included rain shower so i thought i will book and confirm this room. Arrival at the hotel, check-in went smooth and was led to my room, went bonkers when i looked around room when i realized i had a bath with shower at the end !! Called front desk and viewed my disappointment and stated i needed to change room as i think you have put me in wrong room, the lad in charge on front desk said sorry but we upgrade you, i stated that if i wanted upgraded i would of asked for it.....They offered to move me to another room next day but i declined [not worth the hassle]. Beds are hard as concrete, breakfast in morning is a joke, to many Chinese group travellers and we all know what they are like at buffet slection breakfasts....just a massive free for all organized chaos... very rude people and they leave the breakfast area like a war zone. Don't use hotel laundry service ..rip off 1188 baht for 6 polo shirts, 3 shorts and 2 socks...30 Euros

Clean, Comfortable and Spacious hotel
Staff are generally very helpful, the only disappointed experience was we gave 100 bahts tips to the bell boy who delivered our ONE luggage to our room and he said there are two more staff outside ...... อ่านต่อ

The staff needs to learn at least basic conversational english
Location is okay i guess, you'll need to pay 200bht each way for tuktuk to get to patong beach. What's nice is it's just walking distance to MALIN market where you can shop local goods and eat Thai st... อ่านต่อ

good location, modern interior, pretty swimming pool breakfast costs 550 baht if not included in ur room price but it is not worth for u to buy the breakfast urself, I can say that it is not as good ... อ่านต่อ
