worse service ever received in Thailand Richard from United Kingdom


This hotel has zero customer service and the management do not have the ability to sort customers needs when requested. Always tried to push us back to Agoda rather than deal with the problem in front of them. if i ran my business with this standard or customer service i would be bankrupt. The breakfast was not very good so went out to eat elsewhere as it was always cold and choice very limited. Fruit was not fresh and tasteless and if you wanted eggs in different format you would have to stand and wait ten minutes as you only had one chef cooking them. Looks nice in brochure but defiantly would not recommend or stay there again with my family.

clean but seems old, not bath tube on double room
no bath tube on double room, we've book 9 rooms and 2 family with infants and no bath tube. we have to pay 700bath par night to have same room with bath tube. and need more than 1 hour to register to ... อ่านต่อ

Clean, but far from the beach, inside the hotel, no walkway, rain ,protection, big room but no furniture, normal breakfast of 400 baht per person.
