Definitely not a 5 star hotel!

Staff is not experienced and cannot speak English well, so frustrating! The room service is more like a joke, you don't feel anything has changed, every time something was missing like soap or toothpaste etc. Lobby is not clean and tidy as expected and Phuket in general was not what I expected at all, I feel people were sick of tourists and I didn't feel welcome at all
