Staff are fantastic!

Fantastic, breakfast was excellent, location is a bit far from beach or noisy Bangla street, which can be reached by tuktuk for a bit 200-300 bahts, scooter rent and covered retail stalls and fruit/dish stalls nearby 1-2 blocks walk.
