A good vaue for money but....
All in all, this brand new hotel is quite impressive and well located, but, as it is usaly the case in Thailand these last years, they have a lack of management.
1 year opened, but NOT finished. 2 buildings out of 4
- The pool is amaizing -
The ambiance is 'non existing". Their customers are mostly Asian and Indian so the pool is emplty until 6 or 7pm, which can, be injoignable.
Personelaly, not a problem, but just for information.no ambiance and a pool bar much too expenssive for the few clients around.
- Great rooms !! Very nicely decorated, modern, and fairly clean
BUT
bad luck, the air conditioning went off.
Bad luck, ok.
But, it took 2 hours to sort it out that they will "never sort it out"', and cleverly proposed me (unfortunately not before 2 o'clock in the morning), to finally change room for the night.
Next morning, the air con was still not functioning, so they proposed for the rest of my stay, another room, in the "ghost building" (still not finished) .... And just in front of a "Chinese Cabaret" which is, I must say, quite "auditorially" present, and so until 11pm...
I refused categoragatily, and 10 min later, they finally, kindly found me a room in my original building.
So all in all, knowing this, ask to change room on arrival if you not happy about something, but it is still a good value for money !
And it could be a very very good hotel if management was more...present!
