Nice stay

First, I made a mistake of the dates during the booking and was allowed a change of date. Check-in was fast and easy. Do prepare 200THB as for key deposit. Counter staff was friendly and speak good English.
2 choice of breakfast, local or western food. Need to inform of your choice day before. Was ok for me and found this rather interesting.
Rooms are in a house like style building. Parking right in front of your door. My room was big and the washroom huge. Clean and comfortable. Was either recently built or had some work done on it.
Short walk to 7-11

Very nice bungalow with great service
