Dumbfounded by the reviews

What stood out for me? It could be a nice place. Pro's. Some staff were nice and the pool area was ok. Arrived. No staff at the reception. No lift. No coffee/tea facilities. My balcony was disgustingly dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned. Only difference I saw. Was a air freshener on the open balcony!!!!! The breakfast was cold and very bland. Run out of Cold beer at the pool bar restaurant. The spaghetti carbonara was oily, with no taste of cheese. Pretty disgusting. The garlic bread was made from cheap everlasting bread. Need I say more. Wish i had read more reviews. Do not ignore the people who have reviewed badly. Saying that. A bit more care and attention it does have the potential to be a nice place. At this moment in time I could not possibly recommend this place.

Everything perfect this time!
I was very happy with my stay at the Ray! My room was clean and tidy, I love the gym and swimming pool, breakfast is good and staff and management cannot do enough for you!

Another good stay at the Ray
The Ray offers great value as the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool and gym are great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Only downside is the location-a bit far from everything!
