Disappointed

I have stayed at Ray Hotel before and was pleased with the pool and fitness facilities, although both are open to non residents, which is not great in the evening. The staff are always very good and the location is good too. This time the internet was useless, taking over 5 minutes to open an email, when we did have a connection. Advertising as having internet, like this is the same as advertising that you have a pool, but not saying that it doesn't have any water in it!!

Could be so much better

Lovely hotel
very quick check in and departure.. very clean. good polite staff. rooms were big and comfy beds. swimming pool was delightfull.. the pictures on agoda are spot on.. could not fault our stay there..... อ่านต่อ

Great pool, great fitness center
