Disappointed

Services and facilities must be improved to increase rating and customer satisfactory. Cold and hot water was unpredictable; one second cold another warm and terribly hot!!! Breakfast could have been better. Toasts were out and refilled three slides at a time. No eggs and sausages refilled. The swimming pool was dirty with dirts at the bottom. Although the hotel was in a quiet area and the environment was not bad, we would not recommend it to our friends.

Some things not as good anymore

Spacious room, great value for money
This was a spacious room and a great value for the money. It's not easy to access Songkhla, though, unless you have your own car. The staff is friendly and kind.
