Location is a bit further than we first thought

Overall okay, room was clean and quite spacious, with a bath tub for us to relax. Breakfast was simple but quite delicious. However, something went wrong with the room door. We failed to lock the room at first, it was just not locking. Got the staff to settle the problem and after that we failed to open the door with the key card. It happened 2 days in a row and we had to keep going down to the receptionist to settle the problem. Other than that everything was okay. We didn't get to use the swimming pool as there was function going on at that time.
