Good hotel, service and professional lacking in training

Pros- Cleaning staff very good and so friendly. Location near to Tesco/Loutus, many shops and restaurants m area. Laundry service very good, Senior Lady I'm Hotel is very very good. Cons Hotel restaurant staff very young and unprofessional, food is only ok. Senior cook no longer at hotel. Front desk staff not very helpful .
Overall I think staff does not know how to givr good service. Excluding this I would recommend this hotel.

Not as good as reviewed.
Shower wall stained not up to par. No hair dryer. No water kettle. Tiny TV wall mounted. No hot coffee or tea in the room. Paid premium price for the VIP room and it was tiny and not as advertised. Br... อ่านต่อ

- Room is clean - hotel located beside main road and walking distance to Tesco Lotus extra shopping mall. - breakfast is very good

Comfortable and easy acess to the city
The hotel is nice & clean and within 20 minutes to downtown with Tuk Tuk. However the hotel staff speaks next to no English at all...
