It's ok, but not great.

While this place could once have been lovely, it's now very run down and badly in need of investment.
Generally the staff are very kind and attentive, but we had some strange experiences when phoning through to reception with the receptionist hanging up the phone before really acknowledging the request. This obviously leaves a feeling of the task not being taken care of, which they were of course, but not very professional.
Being denied extra free drinking water was another sore point about staying here. Water is so inexpensive, why not just honour the request instead of trying to make a few extra baht? The proximity to any nearby shops makes it a be tricky to buy any in and ruins the experience of relaxing at your pool villa. It's certainly not the monitory value at issue here, it just makes you feel uncared for.
All in all, a bit of a shame the experience wasn't as we'd hoped and we should have just stayed at The Evason.

we only stayed 1 night, is a long way from town. long walk to the lobby and hilly. but golf cart will pick u and your bags up. staff was great and ambiance was great

room is good,location n food are not good!
