The pros are that the owner is very friendly and speaks English impressively well as well as the theme of the hotel is cute industrial and nautical. They have books and games to play. The only con is the breakfast is not a buffet but you have choices which is great so food isn't wasted. Maybe it's being Canadian, the portion size was small for the American breakfast with one slice of toast, one slice of bacon, 2 small sausages the size of my little finger... but it's was good so can't complain too much.
