Surpisingly nice alternative

The hotel I typically book in Mae Sarieng was full, so we tried Above the Sea along with another one. The owner is great (a motorcyclist), the facilities are excellent and the price make this a great value. About the only thing you give up here is the river view, but honestly that's what meals and drinks are for. Highly recommended.

Cute, modern and relaxing place to stay in.

Nice rooms in a quiet town
