small scale hotel located opposite river

It's our first time to visit Mae Sariang / Mae Hong Son. To select this hotel is because of the name "Above the Sea", however, we have a big disappointing when the river actually is situated opposite and block by other private guesthouse / hotel, and actually we are located behind petrol station. That was our first impression about Above The Sea when we checked in. But overall was good experience to stay there, the staff although not much smiling face but are helpful and informative. On the next day, a friendly gentlemen from the Guesthouse check with us where we want to go for the next and assist us to communicate with our driver.
