The location is a pain. Any savings from staying at this location will be spent on transportation.

The staff were pleasant but spoke no english (not that they have to it's not an english speaking country). Few locals (taxis, etc) knew the address and the staff upcharged any transportation related services. I asked if they could help me get a taxi from the airport to the hotel they wanted 1100 baht. I got my own taxi for 500. I asked for a ride to the dock they wanted 400 baht. I got another taxi for 300. My second day, I rented a moped but even then the hotel's location on a one way street with a large median means you (and everyone else) has to drive past it, make a u-turn and backtrack to get there. The rooms are nice but the electricity shut off during my stay. The breakfast was amazing one day and a big disappointment the next. My recommendation would be to stay closer to the harbor, one of the beaches or in old Phuket instead.

The hotel is to fare from the city center ! there nothing around. The staff are nice and the hotel is clean also the swiming pool is good
