The day of my departure, I was two hours late for the ceck out, due to a motorcycle accident, so without contacting me in any way, on my return to the structure I found all my personal belongings, mixed up in envelopes plastic and stacked in a room. But the worst thing is that they opened my safe box and put my money and my documents and the passport in a plastic bag ... I find it unacceptable, since I felt raped of my privacy. To conclude it was my worst experience in many years of travel around the world, if I think that I had booked this structure six months before, recommending it with relative booking to a friend of mine who was on a honeymoon, which of course is remained upset completely. After 28 days of staying in that structure, I deserved something more.
