A very dated hotel

Rooms located on a very dingy 5th floor with worn, stained, and dirty carpets throughout. Musty smell in rooms and corridor. Rusty water from all taps and showers for a short period.
Staff just going through the motions. This hotel might have been 'Grand' at some time, but I guess that with such a low level of business in Yasothon there is insufficiant to fund any refurbishment.
As this is rated the No. 1 Hotel in Yasothon, there could well be an opportunity for a startup small but modern 'boutique' hotel to do well.

Good Location, but old
Hotel is a bit old. Location is good, near city. Have Night Club and Beer Garden in hotel area.

I hope to stay here again. The spliced wire electrical system is a bit frightening, but my ONLY complaint.... ALL of the staff were 100% welcoming. Service is 110%.
