Good location, clean, no elevator

A quick night stay before heading to Koh Chang.
Hotel is 10 minutes walk from trat bus station.
No elevator, we had to carry our suitcase to 4th floor by ourselves.
Room is clean.
During low season, there are less staff so we don't get much attention.
We booked taxi transfer to the pier at reception, a songthaew (open air truck) came and the driver picked up more passengers on the way.
